ENGLISH TRANSLATION: April 26, 2018 J-Hope's Log We just finished shooting and I thought there was some free time, and I thought it had been a long time since I've filmed a log so I turned on the camera to film one. Lately I'm really busy. There are comeback articles, and we have to prepare for the comeback as well as the choreography and because of this I feel like I'm working hard preparing. To be honest, if you think about it and you can see behind me it's been 2 months since my mixtape came out and if you look at it, if you look at the reactions to my mixtape, there are many that are loving it and the fans gave so many supporting messages so I think through this mixtape I gained a lot of confidence. So I hung a frame in my studio. I think the achievements are very big. The fact that I worked on my mixtape for a year gives me satisfaction and I feel like I came to know why I came to do music. In order to produce more good music in the future, I feel like I've gained ambition. More ambition. Now, like I said before, I think the mixtape reached good results and good reactions, and so with that happiness and satisfaction I gained from it I will work hard in my original team, BTS, in our comeback. Because right now is such an important time for us and because I feel like we will write another thing in history, I'm curious. When we go to Billboard to do our comeback what kinds of reactions there will be. Through all of these records and results and whenever we write history I'm also amazed. I also wonder where the end of BTS's results/accomplishments will be and at other times I think that this big weight is heavy. Because of the many spotlights and love that we receive, as a person that thinks that I should give back the love they have given us this weight is lately becoming bigger. So lately the members and I have been talking a lot. And the other members are in a time where they have many thoughts and because we are living that kind of life right now we have been meeting together a lot. I wish that all of this could be resolved with all of us being happy, while laughing and living our lives. Ah, really, with so many happy news right now it's a time where there are a lot of thoughts and so I need to regain my mindset and work really hard. And because there are a lot of people who look at us and are waiting for us I need to work hard. And also as I mentioned before like the mixtape, I will work hard on writing songs and if good music comes out, I'm thinking about releasing another one. I think there is no end to a human's greed. And because I am a person that gets satisfaction from achievement, as that kind of person these kinds of results and reactions (from the fans) make the burden heavy but at the same time make me happy. It's awesome. In the future I want to try a lot more things like this. Ok, so it's almost approaching 7 minutes and I don't even know what I've been saying but I think that through this log I've said many things as they are right now. Ok April 26, 2018. He says he’s very thankful for all the support on it, and that it made him feel like he accomplished something. He then transitions into saying that a bit before taping this, he was going through a bit of stuff. He and the rest of the boys were quite busy due to the LY:T comeback, but with all the support on his mixtape he realized why he made music again. He also talked about how LY:T was a very important moment for BTS, and that he felt like they were writing History. He said with every release he sometimes feels like there’s a bit of a weight on his shoulders (which I guess would mean that sometimes he feels like he’s not doing enough, WHICH IS WRONG THEY’RE AMAZING ❤️❤️), and he also talks with some of the other members about this and their life. However, with ARMY’s support that feeling disappears. He then finishes by saying that he’s trying to live his life happier and brighter, and that BTS have to be more focused with the new LY comeback since more people will be looking forward to it. I’m so glad that this one is a little more happier than the previous blog. Of course, nothing is perfectly perfect. But at least this one wasn’t as serious, but still a little, as the last one.
