Honestly, I don't think people realize how impressive this is. The kind of dance he is doing is extremely challenging and after all these years out of training? The fact he can still portray so much is unreal.

I agree! The techniques he's using is still correct. This song was perfect for this choreography. I'm hoping one day maybe he'll be able to also show the slower side of modern dance that could work so well for his brand

He dance so feminine and masculine at the same time. How'd he do that?! This is the reason women AND men are mesmerize by him. He dance so graceful but powerful, smooth but edgy. His movements is so contrasting in a very goodway. A jimin's style.

So this is a top dancer who has trained modern, hip hop, popping, locking etc. for years in two dance schools simultaneously, while remaining the best student in other school subjects. I'm in awe, I'm amazed with his talent, im impressed by his flawless performance and delivery. Jimin I admire you so much.

Honestly “Black Swan” has not gotten the attention and respect it deserves! The video alone should receive awards for Best Video. I am not ready to move on from this epic song, video, and live performance. It is one of the finest works from BTS all time.

Park Jimin is absolutely incredible. Jimin not only passionate, but so immensely talented, so graceful, it's like seeing pure magic happening on stage. Jimin definitely is in a class of his own with his artistry. His soul is a true master in conveying in depth messages in his dance. He gets so lost and happy when he dances it just mesmerizes me and I also find his soul has captured me and there are times I find myself literally not breathing as it's so consuming. I understand why his teacher thought they were losing a great dancer, but thank the lord he is showing us the beauty of his artistry when combined with music.

Can anyone imagine and I am from the US, a singer, group, duo perform at this level be it a concert or an award show? I think not, an honor to watch this young man perform at such a artistic level. I am the oldest ARMY at 79 and thank everyday that I was listening to NPR who was sponsoring Tiny Desk Concerts mention BTS, I never looked back.

It breaks my heart to see how hard Jimin worked for Black Swan. From his beautiful and breathtaking solo dance, which he filmed over and over till perfection to his happy willingness to dance as Suga's shadow. He really gave it his all. Jimin IS the Black Swan. i keep coming back to this especially to see the white swan part …there’s just something so attractive about the fact that fragility, grace & elegance comes to him naturally. his brain-muscle coordination is insane and that quality makes him extremely detail oriented. he doesn’t have to force it out and that’s rare for a man. he sucks us into his world when he’s in his element and that leaves me in awe.

Some of you may not know but as his teachers said Jimin was a top dancer who has trained modern, hip hop, popping, locking etc. for years in two dance schools simultaneously, while remaining the best student in other school subjects. We stan seven very talented men no doubt! I personally have so much respect for his perseverance, diligence and persistence.

From a professional idol trainer: Jimin has a specific style that only he can do. Jimin is able to “jimin-ify” any style of dance and make it his own.This style of dance cannot be learned as it has to come naturally. It’s difficult for Jimin to explain or teach someone his style of dancing because it is so detailed and particular to just him. His dance style makes his dance moves very artistic, beautiful, smooth, mesmerizing, eye-catching and outstanding. Jimin’s dance style is not something that can be imitated and can be seen as a piece of art.

Jimins way of dancing is like none other, the way he moves, the control he has over each of his muscle and limbs, (he has more control over his body then i hav over my life) the way he knows how much energy to use where and when shows the definition of a true performer and artist. He wasnt the top students back in his arts school for no reason. The way he moves his body demands that attention and the audience cant help but be mesmerized by it. His dancing reminds me of the sea, calm yet fierce, gentle yet strong, beautiful yet deadly.

I grew up doing ballet and contemporary so I was immediately drawn to Jimin as a performer. I agree with what you say about how he moves. He is just so amazing and you can't help watching him when he is on stage. He has such a strong presence on stage that is captivating. I'm glad that he got to do this solo dance for Black Swan so he can show his strengths and talent in dance

Yes crazy! I'm surprised that there was so much of his beautiful dancing here but we only got to see a small portion of it. His dancing on the MV was fast and he was mostly in the dark shadow like silhouettes. He had worked very hard for it and we could appreciate him when they posted this video.

Jimin strained himself so much so that he could get the perfect take for the video, this man - Actually the whole of BTS - deserves so much appreciation and love for the effort they put in to achieve the best possible results. This is one of the many reasons why we adore our boys.
