He is doing calligraphy with a big brush and as an artist I know it's not easy. You have to have a good grip and control over the hand and the brush movements/strokes So wow. I'm so happy to see that he is so good at art and it's inspiring for me as an artist to do better and practice better Also, the passion that he has for ARMY is beyond beautiful. The dedication with which he did this is not surprising yet so beautiful

For those asking for subs: I'm not fluent in Korean yet but my friends have been helping me. In my little knowledge it looks like Jimin is writing a banner that says something like "may your new year be blessed with all things good" (in a literal translation anyway) and he's muttering to himself about how it's going well. 0:22 "it's ok so far", 0:44 "it's not working/not going well", then I'm not sure but I think he talks to himself a bit "it's alright, good job"😂 and mumbles about how he's being a bit heavy handed but by 0:55 he's happy with it again 😋 he kind of just keeps going like that, "it's ok", "it's not going well", "the brush is heavy" etc then he goes "it's coming along/it's getting there" (I think) and takes it to the others for suggestions for finishing touches. They say he should put BTS and ARMY on it, so it's kind of like "BTS wishes a happy new year for ARMY", then he goes back to change it. At 2:10 I think he's asking whether to write it in kind of konglish style I guess, so like '비티에스' instead of "방탄", saying "What do you think?" 3:23 he brings it to the others like "here it is", and reads it out to them to lots of "it's good", "cute" and "you did a good job" Edit: aww thank you everyone for the kind comments and support! I’ve never done it this good in the past” 1:50 ish when he went to the members he said “새해 복 많이 받으시게!” meaning “Have a Happy New Year!” But directly to someone in an ancient accent.
