I was just scrolling my instagram (it's may 9 2025) and happened to see Jhope's recent reel from Singapore, my mom was also watching it n asked me who's it n I told her "it's hobi" n she was like "where are those boys now, I haven't seen them for a long time" n I was literally flabbergasted n told my sister, we both kinda excited n giggled at each other. I'm from India n there was a channel VH1 which actually telecast kpop , pop mvs, me n my sister used to put only VH1 whenever we turn on the television. So she (my mom) knows how much we love those hoomans, n now the channel is not available , i guess it shut down. I asked my mom "do you wanna see them" n she was like "yes" n I showed her this. Not a big deal but I just loved that she knows that we love them. Idk how much I miss these people, my second home.... i was currently listening to a lot of kpop in the last few weeks and i couldn't help but notice how different, versatile and structured BTS songs are. you can clearly know that it is a bts song just 12 seconds into it because their music has something really unique and personal. there's clearly a huge chemistry as to how their music feels so liquid but at the same time really strong. each of the boys' voices compliment each other so well that there's a certain flow to it yet each of them have one special element that is unique to themselves. even their choreography seems really complex yet playful and fun and makes you want to dance along as well. there's definitely some really hard working and passionate people involved in the making of each song and it clearly shows the results. there will never be another band like bts.
