Thank you Yoongi for baring your soul and allowing us a glimpse of the pain and trauma you've experienced. This man has a heart of gold and while the MV itself is hard to watch I can't say thank you enough for those of us who feel like we're alone and can't escape our own dark past.

Every time I watch the AMYGDALA MV it breaks my heart. But it also really helped me deal with some of my own stuff. Thank you Yoongi for sharing so much with us and showing us what you went through. Also, the fact that the end of the MV ties into the start of the D-DAY concert... and the whole concert is actually inside the rectangular room we see... until he is finally able to open that door... his storytelling is on another level

It feels wrong to call it acting coz its not he really did go through all that but instead of making it some kind of fancy complex MV they made it as realistic and raw as possible without losing the MV perspective and I thank them for it

Amygdala means a lot to me. I'm a girl and I have a rather large scar near my eye made by a dog, and one due to heart surgery. I find myself a lot in this song and in general I feel very close to Suga and his songs. It gives me strength through everything I go through in life. ♡♡♡♡♡♡

I don’t think i’ve seen anybody support his members so much as much as j-hope, he’s literally such a sweetheart he gives me hope in humanity everytime i see him, but anyway, it’s very brave for yoongi to let us in his past trauma, we appreciate it so much!! i’ve only been able to see the mv once bc it was a hard watch and it took me two weeks to watch this bc it hurts to think abt the pain he experienced. it makes me think abt my own life and i just haven’t been in a place where i could reflect like that. watching this now, i just feel an overwhelming gratitude that he is comfortable sharing so much and a great relief that the trauma he has faced is something he can look back on and know he made it thru. i’m the age he was during all his flashbacks and idk it’s just hard to 1) imagine facing such traumas at this age and 2) realize i myself have so much more ahead of me (if i’m lucky). i’m still figuring out who i am and where im going. i hope when im his age, i can look back on myself with the same compassion and empathy. i hope i can work thru the things that hurt me. thank u to yoongi and the staff that put all of this together
