I was going on trip down memory lane from the moment I started stanning bangtan, it was 2015, when they got their first music show win with I Need U. I wasn’t totally an army back then but I started listening to their music, watching their contents, following them (they’re the reason why I created a twitter acc) I still remember the feeling, I was watching this live broadcast on my laptop since my phone doesn’t have storage for yt that time. It was so ecstatic, nobody expected this but we armys are hoping for a daesang. We voted really hard for the year end award shows. I remembered how much I cried this specific night and the tl was so emotional and happy for the boys. After a week or two they won a daesang again in MAMA. Many were saying that it was rigged or sumn but we all know they really deserved it. Now it is 2021. They’re the group with the most daesang win in the whole k industry. They have 5 bb200 #1 album. They topped the bb hot 100 3 times! Having one song being top 1 in 3 weeks and the first ever korean song to top hot100. And THEY ARE NOW GRAMMY NOMINATED ARTIST❣️ I’m so proud of them. Words aren’t enough to express how proud I am witnessing many of their firsts. They’ve come so far but still doesn’t forget where they started💜 Edit: it’s 2022, they dropped Proof (stream!!) that broke many records, their own records and set new records as the first artist in history. 9 years standing strong!

I think the best part about this is even we didn't expect this, i mean i knew wings had a solid chance at winning the daesang (it still does) but when they announced they'd be putting young forever instead of wings i was kinda bummed out and when i saw that bts won.. I remember honestly shaking, i still can't believe it. All of our streaming, our hard work, the projects all paid off you guys. The group everyone doubted, armys that is everyone said bad things too helped these talented boys achieve their dream and we won the fucking daesang, im so proud of us, bts and ARMYs. Oh, and also, Let's get them another one since im feeling greedy rn ;)
