Hope people realize, what an amazing leader Nam Joon is. I mean, he is the same as them (age and character wise) but gives a whole different aura. He guides them through the whole world like a father would do to his children. He encourages and gives them advices on speach and behavior from the start so they are prepared in the best way they can without pressuring them. And he is not even obligated to do so. Like, big hit could have hired someone to do that..., he feels the need and the responsibility as the leader to do that. Even off the stage and outside of their practicerooms they work hard. He truly is a rolemodel. I could go on and on about his merits. I hope and wish he is appreciated for that, he deserves it.
