몸은 피곤한데 머리는 계속 돌아가는 상태, 영상에서 말한 그 느낌이 제 밤과 똑같았어요. 멜라티움은 강한 느낌 없이 조용히 작용해서 불편함 없이 사용할 수 있었고요. 타트체리농축분말이나 락티움 같은 성분이 조금씩 정리해주는 느낌이라 자기 전 습관처럼 챙기게 됐어요. 자극 없이도 편안함을 느낄 수 있어 좋아요.
