In 2018 yes ... but Jin only mentioned it when they won the award ... that’s why Tae started to cry so hard .. but I don’t think they talked about it much since I haven’t found any interview or video about it ... and it wasn’t something they talked about publicly .. they kept it to themselves and worked it out /overcame it :) We don’t know the whole reasons yet I think

Jesss I they would never mention that during interviews or in public because it would really bring down the whole atmosphere so they would try to keep that to themselves. I think the moment they received the award they thought about all the hardships and thoughts they went through this year and they thought about ARMYs so they decided to push through and keep going for another 7 years.

Because foreigner ARMYS can't understand what they say. I think their speech is very touching. Their speech can make people crying. But also many of Korean ARMYS are crying that their crying too. (I'm so sorry that i can't use English well.)

멤버들이나 하이브 관계자들은 석진이의 수상소감에 대해 왜 갑자기 그런 말을 했냐며 지적한것 같던데. 뭘 모르는 거임. 오히려 석진이가 팬들의 심리를 잘 알고 있는거. 팀에 위기가 있었던 사실을 솔직하게 말해주니 팬들은 오히려 더 애틋하고 고마웠음. 심지어 그걸 격식있는 자리에서 말해주니 격식이 깨지면서 진정성이 두배로 느껴지는 마법👍 항상 진부하고 형식적이기만 했던 수상소감 타임이 석진이의 솔직한 수상소감 덕분에 감정이 생겨났고 색깔이 입혀졌지. 덕분에 "얘네들을 지켜주자"는 어미새 같은 마음이 생겨나면서 방탄이란 그룹에 대한 애정이 더 깊어졌음. 석진이가 겜덕이라 그런지 개발자 입장이 아니라 플레이어의 입장에서 소비자(팬)들의 니즈를 정확히 파악하는 능력이 있는것 같다

To be honest, I truly respect Jin for taking on such responsibility of telling the fans and all people who are following them about all the struggles they actually have been through, because it must be so hard for a public person to decide whether or not tell the audience about your sincere feelings. I am SO glad that he told us eventually, because it is impossible (and, actually, bad for the health) to always hold everything inside. And I am also VERY grateful to him, because, by sharing this with us, he showed to what extent he trusts us, ARMY. We all should appreciate that.

It may have brought a sense of relief to himself . But shattered Jimin Tae and Kookie . That was pain, we saw .Tae felt especially vulnerable as he was Kookie's reason of change. You cannot help Feelings. Unless you have had military or similar training . Surprise words can leave you paralysed; helpless, to finally cry. Natures way of dealing with overflow.

its been 5 years, but i still remember the day when hobi cried. the live i was watching at was laggy and i was wondering what he was saying, but then he started crying. i was searching for a live translation on twitter while crying along with him, but then when i saw a translation of jin saying about a disbandment, i broke down into tears with taehyung. it broke my heart so much, but now, 8 years as an army, i’m finally seeing bts back together again on june 10, 2025.

갠적으로 호비가 평소에 진짜 안울고 밝게 웃고 다독여주는 분위기메이커인데.. 시상식에서 눈물 참지못하고 너무 서럽게 우는거보니까 그동안 힘든거 많이 참아왔구나ㅠㅠㅠ 자신이 힘들어도 내색없이 힘든 멤버들 힘 주려고만하고 자기 슬픔은 혼자 앓고 있었구나 라고 너무 느끼게됐네요ㅠㅠ 2018년때 본보야지때 맏형인 진이 너는 힘든거없냐고 물었을때 나는 없다고 하면서 무엇보다 멤버들이 힘든게 제일 힘들다고 말하던 그 모습과 인터뷰때 지민이가 호석이형은 힘들어도 내색 전혀안하고 혼자 다 끌어안는 성격이라 걱정한다는 말도 그렇고.. 분명 자신도 힘들고 부담스러웠을텐데 항상 밝은모습 유지해주고 다른 멤버들 위로해주고 조언해주고.. 진짜 호석이는 사람 자체가 너무 다정하고 성실하고 바른것같다..

Были вместе как одно тело, общие печали, общая победа... Теперь другое время... Вместе их не видим, жаль. Хотя-бы немного: общение, беседы, за одним столом... Найти время хоть 1раз в месяц можно... I feel like Suga really had to keep those tears in, especially when Hobi started crying and then when Tae cried. He kept his eyes on the floor and only nodded. I love how every member expresses themselves differently. But most importantly I appreciate the fact that they were honest with Army and therefore expressed their raw and real emotions on that stage. 👍💜

I will never get over this event and the way Tae was crying that day. Tae is such an inspiration for me and I love him so much more than just an artist/singer or just a handsome man. I didn't know what love is untill I get to know Tae, real unegoistic love when you just love a person and expect nothing back, it's just his existence makes you happy no matter what, no matter the language barrier or differences of cultures, no matter the fact that you'll never meet him in real life. And to see him broken like this just hurts me so bad, I wish he'll never experience something like this again.

정말 팬들을 너무 사랑함.. 결국 팬들을 위해 힘든 시간을 버티고 지금까지 있어줬고 2022방탄회식 때도 팬들 생각을 너무 해서 힘들어하고 눈물 흘리는 사람들임... 호비가 눈물 흘릴 때 남준이가 괜찮다는 의미의 끄덕임과 최대한 눈물 참는 모습을 보고 리더라는 무게와 책임감이 느껴짐.. 다들 2018년 초를 회상하면서, 또 멤버들이 우는 모습을 보면서 눈물 흘리는 건 정말 봐도 봐도 슬픔.. 2025년 6월 21일 얼른 보고싶다!

A.Weird. Army i’m not korean but I did read rough translations of their speech after MAMA. During mama in hongkong the speech of jin, he said 2018 is the year they planned for disbandment because they have mental problems. But they didn't because we're here for them and they're here for us, helping each other.
